All products are sourced from UK suppliers and a warranty is supplied with all scooters purchased here.
Who can I contact if there's a problem with my e-scooter?
You can contact us by emailing team@ecoelectric.shop with the subject of the email "order number and delivery postcode". Please include a brief description of the problem in the body of the email. We aim to get back to you within 2 working days.
Is it legal to use an electric scooter in the UK or Ireland?
Currently it is illegal to use an electric scooter on the public roads within the UK & Ireland, including cycle paths and pavements. It is permitted on Private land with permission of the land lord.
How old do I have to be to ride an e-scooter?
We would recommend a rider be 16 or over.
What payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within UK and Ireland with plan expansion to Holland, Germany and Spain in the near future.

How do I cancel my order?
Please email us at team@ecoelectric.shop with subject "Cancel Order, with your order number and postcode".
If the product has not been shipped we will issue you a full refund and cancel your order.
If you contact us and the scooter is already out on transit please receive the delivery do not unbox and contact us via the same email thread to arrange return.
What If I realize that the scooter is damaged or faulty?
We are so confident in the testing we have done with our scooters and their delivery if this was unfortunately the case we will pay for return and have a 105% money back guarantee. You get your money back + we pay you 5% of the cost of the product you purchased for your satisfaction. We are confident in what we offer.
